What the Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Replacement or repair of defective parts.
  • Usually includes both parts and shipping costs if within warranty.

What It Doesn’t Cover

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Improper use including any dropping of weights, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Commercial misuse if it exceeds their intended use guidelines.

Transferability

The warranty is generally tied to the original purchaser and is not transferable if sold second-hand.

Large & Heavy Items

We provide a full delivery and installation service through our select subcontractors. This will be discussed during any consultation stages of the sale process. If this is not required then; For oversized or heavy products, we typically deliver via kerbside pallet delivery only. Please contact us to arrange to discuss what is the best delivery or installation service for you.

Free Delivery Exemptions

On large installations, occasionally, free delivery can be arranged. Please note that certain postcodes are excluded.
These are:

BT, KA27, KA28, FK18–FK21, HS1–HS9, IV1–IV63, PA20–PA88, PH17–PH50, KW1–KW17, PO30–PO41, ZE1–ZE3, IM, IOM, JE, and GY.

These areas include the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.
