The Reax Board App – Keeping Training Bespoke and Safe
Thanks to a tablet and the Reax Board’s dedicated app, the trainer, PT or the user can select the difficulty level relevant to themselves from several pre-configured training programs. In order to perform intense and customised programs in total safety, special PT sessions are available only in the presence of a trainer. For example, during the “live” program, only the PT can alter the motor gesture through real-time interference. This is achieved by adjusting the intensity, speed, direction and the frequency.
