Keiser Air250 Seated Chest Press – Design and Performance
The Air250 Seated Chest Press has been designed to closely model the movement of a standard free-weight bench press, by pivoting the exercise arms above the head. That with the benefits of air resistance makes this a formidable and beneficial machine. If you were to lie down and do a free weight bench press, the bar would come down to your chest and rise to finish over your shoulders. That same movement is replicated in all of Keiser’s Chest Press machines, but in a comfortable seated position. This maximises comfort and effect, and minimises the use of floor space.
The Keiser Air 250 Chest Press is Keiser’s only bilateral (both arms move together) chest machine to offer the benefits of Keiser pneumatics for clubs with a lower budget in mind.
Resistance is adjusted at anytime during the workout with thumb buttons located on each handgrip. The seat is fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of users.
